The Deltas of Charlotte Foundation (DOCF) was established in 1991. In 1994, the organization obtained non-profit 501(c)(3) status. All financial members of the Charlotte Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. are also members of Deltas of Charlotte Foundation.
