  • Is a 501©3 organization that was established in 1991 to support the programs of the Charlotte Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated through public service and scholarships
  • Obtained nonprofit status in 1994
  • Acquired property located at 5408 Beatties Ford Road in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2000
  • Opened the Delta Center in 2011
  • Has contributed thousands of dollars in scholarships and charitable contributions through various partnerships.

The Deltas of Charlotte Foundation (DOCF) was established in 1991. In 1994, the organization obtained non-profit 501(c)(3) status. All financial members of the Charlotte Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. are also members of Deltas of Charlotte Foundation.
