The Delta Center is a beautiful state-of-the-art 6,300 square foot facility, which opened December 2011. The Center has: a multipurpose room, conference room, and office (for Delta staff). There is also a small non-commercial kitchen.
The multipurpose room is 3,257 square feet and comfortably seats up to 350 auditorium style and approximately 180 banquet style. Rental of the Center includes: 300 chairs, 10 round banquet tables, 10 rectangular banquet tables and five folding rectangular tables.

The Deltas of Charlotte played a huge part with the celebration of our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding last month.
We started the wedding journey over two years ago in 2020, after a dear friend, who happened to be a Delta, suggested we contact the Delta House as the venue for our daughter’s wedding. We started planning, with Chairperson Cynthia Smith, but had to postpone due to the Corona virus. They did assure us that as soon as it was safe, we would restart the planning.
In early 2022, we were given the okay to restart the planning.
Cynthia was absolutely wonderful. We presented her with some real challenges, but we were able to pull this off with no issues. She was always kind, professional and provided great vendor recommendations that we utilized. One in particular was the wedding planner, Krystle Baldwin, who happened to be a Delta. Her expertise made a world of difference with the planning. The wedding was held on May 7th, 2022 and it was just fabulous!! We can’t thank the Deltas of Charlotte enough for making this day perfect for us!!!!

I have attended meetings and community events at the Delta Center. Everything has always been quality programming done with class and style.❤️❤️❤️🤗
Clean in and out, nice size indoors and a lot of parking. great place to host up scale parties and events! Staff was very nice and friendly as well.
