Signature Gala and Achievement Awards
The Deltas of Charlotte Foundation Achievement Awards will be presented to three (3) outstanding members of our community at the Delta’s of Charlotte Signature Gala and Achievement Awards program on December 4, 2009. All of the award nominations are based on Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. five point thrusts. We are seeking to salute the members of our community that make continuous contributions.

Achievement Award for Community Service
This award honors an individual or community organization that promotes community awareness, involvement, and pride. The individual or organization should implement programs and/or services that create a positive impact that significantly affects their community.
Achievement Award for Corporate Citizenship
This award pays homage to a business that takes an active role in the welfare of its’ employees, local citizenry, and the community.
Achievement Award for Sisterhood & Service
This award recognizes a member of the organization, who exemplifies the service, spirit, fortitude, and essence of a true Delta woman. This member personifies the meaning of sisterhood through her expressions, thoughts, and actions.
