DST and DOCF Facility

What is Destiny 20-11:
Destiny 20-11 is a three-year capital campaign launched in 2008 by Deltas of Charlotte Foundation (DOCF), the 501(c)3 partner of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Charlotte Alumnae Chapter.  The purpose of the campaign is to generate financial resources to secure a new facility to conduct business and community service projects of our sorority.  Our current facility is not adequate to meet the goals of our vibrant and innovative projects. 

Why Destiny 20-11?

Destiny 20-11 Capital Campaign provides an opportunity to move our vision, values and finances into action.  Periodically, you will hear from the Capital Campaign Committee with updates on our efforts and ways you can participate in this initiative that culminates in 2011, DOCF’s 20th Anniversary year.

Annual Giving Levels

The campaign offers five annual giving levels:  $1,000, $500, $250, $100 and $50 plus a special challenge of $1000 paid by December 31, 2010, in order to become a Charter Member of the new facility. Donations can be mailed by December 31, 2011, to Deltas of Charlotte Foundation, P.O. Box 37061, Charlotte, NC 28237. Donations may also be turned in at monthly sorority meetings through December 2011.
