DOCF Brick Fundraiser
The Deltas of Charlotte Foundation announces its “Buy a Brick” Fundraiser from September 1 – September 30, 2011. The proceeds of this fundraiser will be used to support the building of the Delta facility. By participating in this fundraiser, each 4X 8 X 2 ¼ brick you purchase will allow us to recognize you, or someone you choose to honor or hold in memory on a custom engraved brick. You, your family, company or organization will then be recognized at the Delta facility. Each brick is $300 and may be purchased by sorors, friends, family members and businesses. Your $300 contribution entitles you to have 3 lines engraved with up to 20 characters on each line without the Delta logo or 12 characters using the logo. The characters include spaces and punctuation. The bricks will be located in a place to be determined outside of the facility. The deadline for the money for each brick and a completed order form has been extended and must be received or postmarked by the DOCF Finance Team by October 31, 2011.
Note: This fundraiser is separate from DOCF’s 20-11 DeSTiny campaign. The purchase of the brick does NOT count towards the 20-11 campaign which concludes December 31, 2011.
You may order your brick by completing the attached form and by paying for your brick in one of following ways:
A. submitting a check or money order payable to DOCF or the Deltas of Charlotte Foundation
B. using PayPal via www.deltasofcharlotte.org (a $9 service fee will be included in the total cost)
C. paying by credit card
$250 of your brick donation is tax deductible in accordance with applicable tax laws for each brick ordered.
